South San Fernando Valley See Strong Price Increases – Read Why

The South Valley (Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana) have seen stronger demand and price increases than the North Valley (Chatsworth, Northridge-Porter Ranch, Granada Hills). This may be partially due to the closer proximity of the southern-located properties to the Westside and jobs w/big employers such as UCLA, Cedars-Sinai, Providence St. John’s, Kaiser West L.A. and non-medical-related employers, such as the tech/media businesses locating in “Silicon Beach” areas surrounding Playa Vista.
